• Question: Would your perfect world be in the future, the past or in the present?

      There’s a lot wrong with the world, but I’m very happy now so I would choose the present!

      Hi Janetandlucy, my perfect world would be now, even though the past might be idyllic in some ways. I wouldn’t want to have all those diseases that were not preventable back in the past. I don’t know about the future, so I’d rather not go into the unknown to live – but maybe to visit.

      Definitely not too far in the past. There are some rather recent inventions that I wouldn´t want to live without (chocolate, headache pills, human rights, the internet …)

      About the future, I don’t know anything, so I can’t tell whether it is going to be better or worse than the present. So, I’ll go with the present, although it’s actually far from perfect. But I don’t know whether it will get any “perfecter” than that, and it’s probably the “perfectest” so far.
