• Question: why your sons school rether then helping say 10 schools

      I would really like to help many schools as there are so many that I’m sure are worthy, but the prize money is limited and would be spread too thin and end up not being enough to make any use of. My son’s school is one that I know of, but I’m open to other suggestions…..

      To the many other deserving schools out there – I say get your science teachers to find out about linking with a STEM Ambassador (STEM = science, technology, engineering and maths) via this link http://www.stemnet.org.uk/ I am a STEM Ambassador as well. We help out with STEM practicals, demonstrations, careers advice, teaching assistance to name but a few.
