The max that [some] humans can currently experience are those that an astronaut or fighter pilot experiences on take off. They have to be trained up to withstanding those kind of G forces. Beyond that their visions goes blurry and fails, they loose conciousness, and ultimately could die because of the excess pressure on the brain, heart and circulatory system.
I don’t know, but I imagine it depends on a combination of the g force, and the amount of time it is applied for. Above the limit, I imagine that it becomes very hard to breathe, and for your circulation to function.
