      No one actually knows, as it depends on assumptions about its precise composition – but its likely to be between 6000 and 7000 K.

      We don’t know for sure, since we’ve not measured it directly. Some scientists have estimated between 3000 and 5000 degrees Celsius, but this is a very rough estimation!
