      Absolutely. There are millions of people dead, sick or homeless. The country’s infrastructure is in pieces. You can’t get much more in crisis than that.

      Yes, but let’s keep a perspective: 15,000 people have just died, and the recovery will cost 200 Billion dollars or more. The nuclear crisis is on a much smaller scale – it’s just frightening because you can’t see radioactivity.
