      Global warming is a complicated thing; some parts of Antarctica may get more snowfall with global warming, but on average there will continue to be ice loss. What we don’t know is how quick this will be; or whether it will happen in bursts.. but if Antarctica melted now, sea level would rise catastrophically by 70 m all round the world.
