      I have no idea, but I would doubt that they have the capacity.

      Research has found that butterflies do remember things that they were taught when they were caterpillars, but it depends when they learn it. They have to be older caterpillars to be able to keep the information that they learned. But I don’t know if they remember what it was like to be a caterpillar.
