• Question: If you had to eat one dish for a whole week, what would you eat and why?

      Hmm… Chilli and rice? Tastes nice warm, or cold, and the flavours tend to get better the longer you keep it.

      I think I would feel best eating something that was healthy, so that I wouldn’t feel low in energy throughout the week. So, I would probably eat burritos, with beans, salad, cheese and roasted pork in the tortilla. That way, I get the carbs, protein, and vegetables that I would need for energy. Burritos have been eaten for a long time in Mexico, and there is a reason why!
