I think it can’t. Scholars in the past have tried to come up with a proof for God’s existence, but all of those proofs are flawed (basically, they rely on assumptions that are equally hard to prove or disprove than the existence of God itself.) On the other hand, it is impossible to prove the non-existence of something. So on the matter of provability, I think it’s a draw.
It’s very hard to disprove something. We still have not disproven the existence of the Loch Ness monster or big foot. I suppose it’s best left as a matter of faith. Unless we could all have a physical personal meeting with her/him.
